Reliable, Good language skills

Five star care. Trusted doctors. A great hotel to stay in. At the airport, it seemed to be a bit difficult to find the right taxi sent by the company, but after that, everything was handled effortlessly. All drivers, hotel customer service and hospital staff spoke English, so it was easy and safe to communicate with them.The price was perhaps the only minus. It was a bit expensive. But I was satisfied with everything else. Now after one year, the end result of the recovered hair transplant looks exactly like they promised after operation. I am satisfied.

I felt I was in very good hands

I felt I was in very good hands all the way from home to back home. I got very much information beforehand and also after returning home. They really had put effort for everything including fancy transportations and fluent english speaking translator hired just for your precense. Operation itself was smooth and I had no worries during the whole process. I can recommend this for everyone.

Professional and Natural Hair Transplantation

The hair transplant at ideal of med was a consistently positive experience. The team and the treatment were extremely professional, individualised and personal. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the team catered exactly to my needs to get a natural hairline. I had plenty of time to talk to the head doctor about my wishes and at the same time to draw on his expertise.The entire team, both on site and online, was particularly friendly and always available. The high level of flexibility with regard to last-minute changes to appointments should also be emphasised positively.After the hair transplant, I received continuous support online via the app and WhatsApp, so that I also felt well and professionally looked after at home.Overall, it was a wonderful and thoroughly positive experience! Worst clinic

Worst clinic. They had many good reviews most of which i now discover are fake so thats why i went there. 10 months later my hairline is very thin (low survival rate on the grafts) and the insertions go in really weird directions. The doctor barely shows up and and a nurse drew the hairline. Had redness for 7months. Surgery was performed by some very young assistants. I will need to have another transplant to fix the bad insertions

From a doctor perspective

As a doctor, my main concerne before my hair transplant was the medical perspective of this operation. I can say now that it was handled in the most proffessional possible way with the same requirement levels that we have in Europe. All the medical team was always really nice and caring and the surgeon had a model conduct with a pragmatic approach to hair transplant.Besides medical considerations, everything was smooth and well organised from the first contact with their medical consultant to the follow up by the hair back app and the dedicated whatsapp conversation.Thank to all the people from ideal of med that took part in the process of my hair transplant the 7th of october 2023.

The guidance from start to finish is…

The guidance from start to finish is very well coordinated. Answering questions happened very helpfully. I felt less nervous because of this. Every member of the team was very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Nora for getting me button down shirts since I forgot to bring some and for all the help and support. And thank you to the medical team and everyone else involved! Everything was sorted out from the landing in Istanbul till the taxi back to the airport. Hopped in the taxi and the only thing I had to was follow their plan and it all came to a nice fruition. The hotel was very comfortable as well.

An Early Procedural Review - Excellent

When I approached idealofMed, it was not only for restoring my hairline, but to reinstate my self confidence and I was not disappointed. Right from my first interaction with Mr Anas who was my medical coordinator , to the surgical procedure under Dr Taner [assisted by Ms. Oguzhan, Ms Kezban , Ms Derya, Ms oyku ]and post procedure care [Mr fatih and Ms sevin] , I was well taken care of.Faculty of idealofMed had truly professional approach towards entire duration of my treatment. Even though it is early to say the results of my hair transplant, I am very pleased with the entire team esp Mr Anas who guided me well during the entire period.Hopefully I can give a comprehensive review after few months about my surgical results.
