AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! My partner brought me an iPhone 16 and a Samsung 16 was delivered. They say the correct phone was sent and are taking my partner to court and demanding the whole contracts money. Shambles. Scam. Avoid

Do not go with ID mobile

Do not go with ID mobile. They may be cheaper but it isn’t worth it. Their network will go down occasionally. I attempted to renew a contract with them and they charged me and told me it went through and when I didn’t receive it I had to call back for them to tell me that they had made a mistake and do it again. This happened 3 times. Each without them contacting me. I never received my phone.The customer service is terrible, avoid at all costs
