Absolutely fantastic mobile provider

Absolutely fantastic mobile provider, great choice of options for monthly contracts with either a physical sim or an e-sim. Been with these nearly a year now and have never had any problems/issues whatsoever, I have already got friends/family and colleagues switching over from their providers to ID Mobile. Defo 10/10 for all from me and a long term partnership.Anyone wishing to transfer over all I will say is do it it'll be the best decision you made

Super easy

Super easy. Came to end of contract and decided to go Sim only as I had purchased a new handset, simply went on app, upgraded my contract, no break in service, everything done on the app. Simples.😁

The premiums are low but that comes at…

The premiums are low but that comes at a cost. I find reception is not great. I live 500m from a 5g mast and only get 1 bar on my phone. If it then drops to 4g it is not much better. At my contracts end, I will be switching.
