A great Black Friday deal on Pixel…

A great Black Friday deal on Pixel phones. Strangely the costs over two years for the unlimited data option were lower than the costs for the 10Gb data option. Either data package still left the phone costing less than the best Black Friday option I was able to find elsewhere. Delivery was superfast but as I'm still setting up the phone I've not yet started using it in anger (or even transferred the SIM card into it.

Complained multiple times (over 5) on…

Complained multiple times (over 5) on the complaints portal only to be asked what my complaint is about.. I literally just filled in the form.. Operator says they can't see the form...I just filled in the form which was a pre requirement for the chat portal. I've been without any signal for approx 3 weeks from home despite the signal checker suggesting excellent coverage which is a misrepresentation. I have tried numerous times to get an update but the chat portal just times out and no one answers. Basically the worst start to a new contract.

Very few options cheaper sin only deals

I have a sim only monthly contact. There doesn’t seem to be any cheaper sim only deals for under 10gig data but loads of offers for40+ gig.

ID mobile is very good for value. Slight payment problem after but this was quickly rectified after the details were correctly sorted.

Awful sim only

Awful sim only - switch over experience.Used uswitch to find sim only deal- ID mobile had the best deal. Agreed cut over date as of the 21/11/2025. ID mobile did not send out a physical sim - even though they said they would. Used online chat who sent me to curry’s to get a physical sim. Curry’s agent spoke with ID mobile who claimed that my sim was active within the hour. 3 hours later no active sim. Spoken with ID via chat - had to go though the whole process again, again told would be activated within the hour - another 2 hours and still not active. This is the worst experience I have ever had from switching
