Terrible network

Terrible network. Have a current complaint open, just to get the same reply asking for my details every time by email. Terrible on the phone to the complaints team to get anything done too.Do not use this network.

Been with id for years as have rest of my family, they have best offers available at best prices. And yes every now and then there's a problem with network but what network doesn't experience this.

Upgrading Contract without access to Account

Aldricht Kyle was excellent, I managed to get all my issues resolved - was more than comfortable with his approach in terms of the security of my account and ensuring who I was as well as giving me some great options for an upgrade. Cannot recommend iD Mobile enough, this experience was excellent and stress free!!

Poor customer service and confusing process

I needed a copy of a bill that was over 12 months old and was told to fill out a personal data request form. The instructions given by the customer service agent didn’t match the form itself, and when I pointed this out, the agent admitted they couldn’t even see the form and were basically guessing. It was clear they weren’t properly trained and couldn’t help me resolve the issue. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
