The ordering process was slick and easy…

The ordering process was slick and easy but on the day of the changeover had an email to say the day has arrived then nothing, next day no email tried to ring my number nothing so put the new sim in and everything started to work. Then started to get texts and email from you.

They will happily take your money then ignore you

I had planned on posting the chat from the last 4 hours spent trying to cancel my fully paid contract, but they even failed to send that! Their chat is very hard to access or impossible depending on which browser you use, then when finally through to somebody, they are worse and slower than bots! I've never actually felt like I would've preferred to speak to AI until now lolSo after spending 4 hours with live (pfft) chat agents who can't care less, I'm still signed up full price to a 24 month contract that has finished! All I asked was to have it cancelled and to swap my number over to a cheaper monthly SIM offered on their site.

A Very friendly helpful guy named Marcus from ID mobile gave me a call got me into sim only plan so paying less as my contract ran out went through a lot options and got me 50 cashback deal so well happy with the service better than EE and I was with them years so I’d recommend ID over them cheers Marcus/markus all the best to you

Terrible Service.

I hate doing this but when you cannot get to speak to some real people when you have a issue it becomes really frustrating. My daughter is waiting nearly 2 weeks for a PAC code from ID...she has no data and cannot receive calls. This is the number she has used on her UCAS application and will not be able to receive calls from the universities. 5 calls to ID, went through the same process each time and was told the PAC would arrive in 24-48 hours. Nearly 2 weeks later and still no PAC code. Direct debit is still taken from her bank. I have attached my number in the hope I can speak to someone :(

Great connectivity and prices

Found the move from EE to ID extremely easy keeping my old number was so simple.Also found them more competitive when I wanted to change my phone than EE who I'd been with for over 16 years.Also they didn't increase the monthly price in the first year unlike EE who was going to increase it another £ 3.99 per month.The connectivity i can't fault. And they keep you well informed on their app about offers
