The experience that I've had with id mobile has been excellent because if I had any queries and either emailed or spoken to them the customer service has always responded in a positive way and solved the problem and have always been very polite with their advice.
This is just unbelievable how long the responses in chat take. The person I spoke to did not appear to read my messages before answering and kept asking questions that were already answered. They were either poorly trained or were busy doing other stuff. I spent over an hour in a chat with Lizete asking to confirm my notice of cancellation has been accepted and they sent me a lot of auto generated information but not the actual cofirmation.The issue is everything is online and you are lucky if you get to speak to the right person.
My 12-month contract ended on a Friday. I wasn't allowed to migrate before that day as it would have cost me extra fee. I sent the port-in request using PAC on that day. But, ultimately it was done on a MONDAY as there were two days of weekend. Id mobile charged me whole month's fee for that although I haven't used any of their services (data/call/messages) since 7th November. 'Crystal' was very pathetic and took 1.5 hours just to tell me that I need to pay £6 as my portin request was taking time beyond the day my contract was ending.However, this experience truly reflects my 12-months long contract that was also very poor. Never coming back to it again!
