Useless Customer Care

I had an issue with billing and needed something explaining an issue where i believe i was over charged. I needed some thigns clarifying because the app was showing incorrect information in terms of payments i had made. In the online chat - The rep (Alex Clayton, i believe) was useless, not answering any of my questions with any kind of accuracy. He was totally off the mark with any of his answers and often his answers had nothing to do with question i asked. I left the online chat after 40 minutes, with more questions than i went in with. I asked him for 30 minutes whether i could have a number to call to rectify the situation stating that it was imperative i resolved the situation asap. It was ludicrous. He ignored my request for a number three times, instead deciding to issue some more half baked answers that didnt make sense. After 30 minutes and the 4th attempt of asking for a telpehone number, he told me that only live chat was available and hung up the chat. Idmobile have been horrendous with this matter and i won't be signing up with them ever again after this customer service disaster. If i could leave now, I would. I would rather spend the extra few euros a month and be able to have a coherent conversation about sensitive matters with both a human on the phone and even someone on live chat. I am now left with no one to talk to about potentially overpaying my account, and id rather just have overpaid them and leave it there, than to waste any more time and energy trying to communicate this to them (as i will never get to the bottom of it with them - online chat useless and no telephone number for customer care).Avoid idMobile and just go with one of the big brands as, you certainly get what you pay for. Not even that, because it was only a touch cheaper than the big companies.
