The most unfriendly website

The most unfriendly website. I just wanted to transfer my esim to a new phone. Unable to speak to an agent.Thank you for your response, I wasn't expecting one. I was asked to submit my opinion which is why I expressed my experience.On a side note, I have just received a text saying a "payment holiday" has now been applied to my account and unless I make a payment my account will be restricted. I have a direct debit set up with ID, I would be grateful if you could explain what else I need to do.

So much better than previous network provider signal wise...Smooth swap over and no complaints so far..

Was due an upgrade

Was due an upgrade, ordered one then suddenly realised it would go to my previous address. Tried to address the problem by emailing everyone concerned. Tried on the id website but couldn't get any help. Ended up with no upgrade but put on a new contract for old phone. Gave up trying.

To be understood by the assistant.make things clear for the elderly.

We went to Currys store at Westwood Cross in Kent,we were not looking forward to updating our phones as the previous time we were there ages and not really understanding what was going on.This time it was a pleasure speaking to the assistant as he was so clear as to what was happening. We thank him so much if only more people were like him .
