Spoke via the online chat to Callum part of the customer service and upgrades team. I explained a deal I had found online for new customers which was better than my upgrade options. Callum went above and beyond to match the deal. It was easy and everything was sorted by the CS team. Callum is a credit to the team.
Sorry ID Mobile however your coverage is so poor and we’re based in the Home Counties. Can never get a signal unless I am at home and using the internet provider and important calls that I make are continuously being dropped due to poor Coverage.
I am writing this review out of extreme frustration regarding my recent order for an eSIM. I chose an eSIM specifically for the promised speed of delivery/activation (told it would take 4 hours), yet over 12 hours later, I have nothing.Order Timeline: Placed yesterday. I received the Order Confirmation, followed by an "Order Dispatched" email, and even a "Direct Debit Setup" confirmation this morning.The Problem: I have received every other communication (order confirmation, order dispatched, direct debit setup confirmation, promotional emails) EXCEPT the actual eSIM activation details. I completed all required documentation, but the service has not been delivered.The Cruel Irony: The company conducted a full credit check, leaving a hard search on my credit profile, but has failed to deliver the service I paid for. It feels like a joke.Customer Service Failure: The support I received was abysmal. Multiple agents promised they were "sending" the eSIM or "escalating" the issue, told me to wait a few minutes, and then rudely disconnected the chat without providing any update or resolution. This behavior is unacceptable and has only amplified my distress.The time delay is completely contradictory to the purpose of an eSIM. My service is not activated, and my time has been wasted by incompetent support staff.I urgently demand:Immediate activation and receipt of my eSIM details.An explanation for the severe delay and the repeated failed promises from your customer service team.This experience has been a total failure and a complete waste of my time.
Its so hard to get through to customer service. After being on an online chat for 45 minutes. I was told that I would be called back at 11.15 today by Sokhana in customer service. She didn't call back. Waste of my time….Also why are your prices cheaper for new customers instead of existing customers wanting to upgrade.
Terrible customer service! It’s cheap and cheap for a reason, no one knows how to help for a simple query. It’s ages for a response and when you have a response, it’s not even relevant to the question you ask. Join for how cheap it is, but if anything goes wrong or you have any questions, just leave straight away. Please please please don’t join iD mobile
