Make like 4 orders. 2 of them was in the order picking stage for like 2 weeks before they came back and said they don't have the item. 1 of the orders was broke. Canceled my account. Won't be shopping there again.To cexs reply 1: tl;dr 2: There is no excuse and nothing you can say for an item to take nearly 2 weeks to either be shipped or canceled. None. It's inexcusable, period. Or sending a disc scratched to hell and back.
I bought a C quality Samsung s24 from CEX. The phone itself works perfectly fine, no complaints, but there is some scratches on it because it's C quality. I wrote a review on their website saying nearly this exact same thing and they wouldn't publish my review, citing reasons that don't apply to my review. Was I supposed to say the product is 100% perfect? It's C quality...
I ordered gta 3 for the pc and It came and didn't have disk 2 only had disk 1 so I couldn't even play the game I usually like CEX because they are good and usulay there games and consoles do work but this time is not good I gave it 2 stars because to be fair the disk was like a mirror and very clean and did install so
