Ordered a ps3 game and ps3 headset, upon arrival the headset was missing a lead so i couldn’t use it, and the game was completely unplayable, this is far from the first i have been sold a faulty or incomplete product from Cex, and it probably wont be the last, Cex can provide a good service at times but i recommend you anticipate the worst when shopping with them. Ps. I did manage to get a full refund but that doesn’t fix the dissatisfaction of unboxing a faulty item.
I received Wrong Product.What was received was a Newer version of what I was looking for, however item is NOT Compatible to use.Customer Service responded promptly. However before a Replacement could even be sourced (despite having photographic comparisons) incorrect device had to be returned and Verified as Incorrect & intact before replacement process could begin.Instead I called in to Shop in Douglas, Cork.Was treated exceptionally well & quickly. Replacement Product NOT in ANY Store so Invoice Refunded there & then. One thing I did notice later/Next Day when I was looking for Substitute DeviceWhen this Invoice was Returned/Cancelled it returned it to Stock & made the Incorrect Item available to Purchase on CEX WebSite.Not On Hold or Unavailable but for Sale.Maybe this is something that could be improved.
simply rubbish, i manage to receive 1 in 5 of my orders.anything i have been looking for to add to my collection gets cancelled by the stores . always games or films of high prices with statues and gear. its not good as i feel a bit of a conspiracy going on.
