I have bought a ps4 game, and when i got home they gave me a correct cover, but the disc inside was a completely different game. When i returned to the store again to replace it, they said that they don't have that game in the store at all. That should not happen in the first place at all as they obviously didn't check the cover of the game with the disc they were giving away.And why was that game posted on the website ,as in stock in Portlaoise store in the first place, because it wasn't there.
Ordered a boxset. Went to the shop to collect it. It wasn’t ready. Staff told me I had to wait for an email to tell me when it was ready for collection. Meaning going back again. Total waste of time. Surely there is a way to streamline this for in shop collections.
In general useful service I use a lot but in my last few orders I received incorrect items or items missing parts and although they are refunded etc it’s not a quick process. Currently awaiting refund for an order that was cancelled for not being in stock. Waiting to be refunded for this for past 4 days. In general a good concept which I will use again but could do with streamlining customer service a bit.
