I ordered a Sony XM4 in good condition. The headphones were in an amazing condition actually but the NCA was faulty (a very commun fault on this model) I return the headphones directly to a CeX shop and get refund straight away. Very nice professional friendly staff.
Im still waiting to see what can be done about my last order, i bought alien anthology that supposed to come with the alien egg limited edition, instead that cex sent me an alien steelbook with 6 blurays, which its impossible to confuse with what i bought, i got a notification saying that my item was back in stock at 07:30 am, i bought it, and they updated the website saying stock picking complete, but im pretty sure some staff liked it and decided to buy when it was already reserved to me, and they sent me the "wrong" one so i could give it back and get my money back, this is ridiculous cause i was waiting for it for almost a week, so my feedback is this, im not happy with what happened and im going further with this and see how is going to be the customer support, this issue is not resolved, it remains ongoing. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
