Right box/wrong discs

Got item posted to me. The wrong discs were in the correct box. Wrote to CEX and got cut and paste reply rather than dealing with the specifics of my message. CEX should help in fixing problems they create rather than my having to traipse back to the nearest store (not that near) looking for a refund.
