Review Time
The training and trainers are great. The app, horrible. It updates seemingly weekly, with no clear changes. Logs me out regularly and takes quite a while to reboot. I've more then once had it completely freeze and sat on hold for almost an hr to do a complete reset if my machine. Fir the cost of this subscription, it is a complete ripoff. Again, the trainers are great, app and customer service are terrible.
I have major concerns about this company and their customer service. I bought a NordicTrak 2450 treadmill back in 2021 and I'd be generous if I said it worked for a quarter of the total time I've owned it. The incline motor broke twice and needed to be replaced. There were issues with the speed of the belt following one of these repairs which I had to fight and complain before they would even acknowledge the engineer was at fault. He was by the way. And now, the console is fried and needs to be replaced. Essentially the machine is inoperable. Looking online, I see I'm not alone in this issue and it appears there is a class action lawsuit been filed against ifit for this "fault". I find this, together with their failure to respond to any of my correspondence deeply troubling and frustrating. I'm sure they're banking on me just walking away from this issue if they just ignore me for a while. The behaviour of this company is despicable and I hope they get taken to the cleaners. Avoid avoid avoid.
In our fourth year of owning multiple NordicTrac and iFIT machines. We bought the cycle and rower at the same time with the extended warranty.Both machines have had major issues from day one and continue to this day. Multiple hardware issues and the software is glitchy and buggy. Not to mention they no longer have a leaderboard similar to peloton. Just disappeared one day and they never communicated with users.This is a terrible company with incredibly poor quality and after sales support. If you’ve read this far and still buy, you’re a …!!!
What an awesome freaking program. I have used it before on different equipment and am still amazed at what is offers. It's does a great job helping with consistency and helps to keep exercise exciting and new. part of an incentivized review program but still contains my own personal and honest review
My elderly mother has a single ifit account with a yearly auto-renew. Somehow they've now signed her up for a second multi-user account (she lives alone), in addition to her single account. They refuse to cancel it, she can't even log in because it has a bogus email, and she's out $396 in an utter waste. This company's business practices are terrible
I have really enjoyed my iFit experience. Just like finding a great trainer at the gym I've had to try a variety of trainers and workouts to find what's best for me. I love Tommy Rivs' workouts! Both for the treadmill and bike. The workouts are easy to follow and make it a nice change of scenery each day!
