The equipment and workouts are great but the software is horrendous. Constantly changes the workout series I was on from the home page so I have to go find it again. I power off the machine after every workout. The interface is slow and laggy sometimes it will hang when finishing a workout, when stating a workout or in the middle of a workout. The frustrating thing is it has no persistent memory so if it crashes 1hr into a workout it’s lost and you have to start from the beginning. I am using the cycle with built in screen. Still using the old interface as the new version is even worse. Ifit get some decent app developers please!

Instead of letting its customers enjoy the experience they make you listen to EXTREMELY tedious people prattle on and on and on and on about nothing important all of which you know already. Why don’t they just show you the walk or the run without the boring sweaty people waving their arms around talking at you the whole time.

Product was acceptable, but customer service is lacking.

The product was acceptable, but the customer service was very disappointing. I found out I was charged $699 for a 2-year renewal without my consent, while I've always opted for month-to-month. When I called to dispute the charge, I was informed that since it was past 30 days, they wouldn't issue a refund. I did not authorize this charge at all. I promptly canceled and will not be using their services again.

Treadmill is decent, but the software is lacking.

The treadmill itself is fine, but the software is quite poor. It's frustrating that you can't fully utilize the treadmill without paying for the premium version of the service, and even basic features like custom workouts and syncing with other platforms are locked behind a paywall.

Let down by the new treadmill experience.

I used to enjoy the scenic routes offered by the platform, so when we bought a new treadmill, I specifically looked for one with that feature. However, now all the 'scenic' workouts involve watching a trainer who talks non-stop or require you to create your own route using Google Maps. This has been very disappointing and far less user-friendly, making the nearly $40 monthly subscription feel unjustified. I regret not selecting a different treadmill that isn't linked to this service.

Disappointing experience with the new treadmill.

Delivery issues and poor support.

I ordered through the company's website with a promise of a refund if not delivered by a certain date. The delivery team arrived but said they needed to reschedule due to requiring additional help to move the machine. Despite informing them beforehand, it was frustrating. I attempted to cancel my order several times, but I was left waiting on the phone for extended periods without success. Ultimately, I had to pay a significant fee to cancel.

Frustrating customer service experience.

I've owned a treadmill for a couple of years, but the software has become increasingly disappointing. Recent updates added some streaming options, but also caused existing features to fail. The hardware has had issues too, requiring repairs that didn't work. The customer service is tedious, demanding too much identification information. Recently, my incline stopped working, and after a lengthy wait on the phone, I was transferred multiple times without resolution.

Workouts are good, but software updates are problematic.

The workouts are effective, but each new software release seems to remove popular features and complicate navigation, often leading to errors and crashes. It's concerning that the software development team doesn't seem to heed user feedback. I dread the updates because they tend to worsen the experience.

Unpleasant membership experience.

The membership feels like a scam. The customer service experience is frustrating, especially when trying to cancel. It's been a nightmare.
