The delivery driver came to our door and asked if he could "leave the package in our lift as he was busy". I asked him to come to the door instead and buzzed him in. He didn´t come in and just left. We then received a notification that we had "refused delivery". Atrocious customer service.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service.For the first time, the service has been extremely poor, as my order has not yet arrived despite being placed on February 1st.

I have not received any clear explanation for this delay, which is unacceptable. I kindly request an urgent follow-up on my order and a clear update regarding its status.

The Most useless courier service ever. The delivery address is a business opens 8 am - 8 pm everyday

The Most useless courier service ever. The delivery address is a business opens 8 am - 8 pm everyday.
On the first delivery attempt they said it went back to warehouse due to an accident.
After 5 days of tracking, the second attempt, it says failed to deliver due to accident.
Third attempt failed to deliver @5:30 pm. No additional information provided on this.
Fourth attempt failed to deliver @8:30 pm. who delivers at that time to a business address.
Fifth attempt - accident again.
at this time I contacted the customer service via email and they said, they schedules it for the next day. I did not receive it.
I went to Whatsapp support and they re-confirm the address, business hours and where to deliver and said they will deliver the next day. Still no show.
one day after the whatsapp support, the tracking said, unable to deliver, return to sender.
What a joke.
I have been working for this business for last 14 years and receives parcels at least once a week. But never seen any one worst like this.
There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given zero.
If any business uses this courier for their delivery I will stop purchasing from them.

Terrible service twice now stated that delivery was attempted but no one was home and no safe place to leave my package and both times there was no actual real delivery attempt.. first time I was home all day and second time nothing came to my property as I have cameras and no-one had come to my property.... Both times I end up waiting for ages before another attempt is made and the first time it was just left in my letterbox... Ridiculous

Terrible carrier service. Not only do they leave packages out the front of the wrong buildings, despite them needing to just step inside to the foyer and deliver to the front desk, they will simply declare your delivery not possible if they cant be bothered finding the right one or getting out and walking into the foyer.

Extremely disappointing service.

The service provided was very disappointing. I requested a return pickup on 17/01/2026, but no one reached out to me or showed up for the pickup. Customer support provided incorrect information, claiming someone was assigned for the pickup. When I contacted the assigned person, he stated he had no request at all. There seems to be a lack of coordination between the company and the pickup personnel. Additionally, they deliver packages very late at night (9–10 PM) and request OTPs without any prior notice. This level of professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this delivery service.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.

Extremely poor service, do not recommend. We reside in an apartment building and have video evidence of the driver entering the driveway but not getting out to use the intercom for our apartment number. Instead, we received a notification saying delivery failed, claiming no one was home and no safe place to leave the package. We were home all day waiting for this delivery. The drivers are dishonest, and customer service is equally untrustworthy. I spoke with four different representatives, each providing inconsistent information. They claimed the driver called me, but when I requested the number, it turned out to be from a different state.
