Excellent service provided from start to finish. Applied for funding via ecoflex 4. Excellent communication and smooth application from talking to Christian, arranging a surveyor and quick turn around of a new boiler, thermostat and radiator valves - all done and dusted within a month from applying. The work was done by Rob and Kev who were absolutely amazing - even my dog liked them! They were thorough, always looking ahead with what needed doing, and tidied up behind them. Thank you so much guys!
From start to finish improve easy have been excellent.!!!!!!!!.starting with the office staff James, clare and Paul then with the workmen we had Sam and Brad and another Sam there work was excellent who were the electricians then we had george who did all the plumbing he was here all week and worked non stop and another george that came to. They all worked brilliant together and we have never known a group off young lads that work so well together and work so hard. They were so friendly and helpful when we asked them questions .They loved my homemade flapjacks!!.Well done to improve easy .
Have to say that Improveasy were amazing from Andy who fitted the boiler and the young men who put the insulation in the loft. All was done in one day and was left clean and tidy,Also would like to say how polite and courteous all the staff were, Harry for his help with explaining how to use the programmer and sending links to us was invaluable. The young man who came the next day to Check the electrics was very helpful and even offered to put the programmer on the wall for us, how kind was that.Lastly the young lady receptionist who answered the phone when I rang was also very helpful and kind.I would recommend this firm whole heartedly without any hesitation, thank you Improveasy Ltd.
IF there were negative stars that's what I would rate. This company have been more than just incompetent and useless, they are unprofessional money-grabbing liars. The saga began in the autumn when they came to fit the insulation. They came and changed all my extractor fans to ones that are permanently on to prevent a build up of moisture once the insulation is in place. All good with that. However, one of their hands had not spoken to the other and when they turned up to fit it, this contractor did not know there needed to be an extraction first. Without the extraction it would cause terrible problems for me down the line. Luckily I knew, so the insulation was delayed. That was in Novermber, and we are now at the end of March. The extractor fans work fine. They extract on a 24/7 basis every last particle of heat from my house. Over the winter with the heating AND a woodburner going at the same time I was just about able to get it up to 16 degrees. Most of the time it was 13 degrees. So I have been paying to heat the outdoors, which is neither good for me or the environment. I now have a house considerably colder than when they started, and I see no attempt from them to sort it out. I call them regularly. They tell me they are unable to get through to their contractor. I mean how useless do you have to be to have the people you employ not to talk to you. For 4 months. Either that, or they are just plain lying. Make your own mind up. But this is taxpayer money that is being used. This company is being financed by the government to do a job, and they do not seem capable of doing that.
After reading some negative reviews we had a very positive experience with our team of fitters led by Kayhon who was obviously a highly experienced heating engineer. He discovered that after taking out the old boiler we would be left with a hole in the brickwork and he went out and bought bricks and did a very professional job of repairing the hole. His team were very hardworking, everybody was busy and quiet and the plumbers worked til after 7pm making sure the heating fired up. We also had some insulation added to our attic by the loft guy, who discovered we had literally no insulation in the sides of our dormer. Fans were added to control humidity in 3 rooms and valves replaced on all radiators. Each trade introduced themselves to us first and explained what they were doing. The house and drive was left tidy. Perhaps we struck lucky with our fitters but our experience was a very positive one.
Two of their drivers left their vans entirely on the pavement and dangerously on a junction corner. They were asked politely to park on the road (there are no yellow lines) and they ignored the request.Children cross at this location, parents are with prams etc... and they now having to walk on the road in the morning and afternoon. This anti-social behaviour by their team does not reflect well on their company brand.Had no reply via email or phone call back from the company either to get their drivers to be considerate to members of the public and move their vehicles.
We had a boiler fitted last summer by Improveasy. Six months on it is leaking water and leaking over an electric socket. Contacting Improveasy was not easy and eventually we managed to talk to Harry Khan who said on Monday that he would get an engineer to call us. This has not happened and we have had to call every day to chase it up. Today we spoke to Harry Khan again and he gave us the engineers number. We called the engineer and he said he could not help as he was in Manchester! We have been passed from person to person and had to do all the chasing No communication from Improveasy what’s so ever. We are getting anxious about this and wondering whether it will be fixed. Very very poor customer service and we are no further. Can anyone from Improveasy help????
