Today my wife used your service to go her parents home in Baldia town and my wife used her own mobile phone. Everything was okay but today at midnight your driver Shafique texted my wife and sent some porn videos to her.Do you guys think about what you are going to feel if it happens with your wife or daughter ??? We may not be the first ones who escalate this issue. I don't know what they did before to other innocent girls and probably they and I will not use your services again. These kinds of actions will lead to the loss of thousands of passengers and surely I'll tell others what this stupid driver did and also your action will play a pity good role in it so I can tell others about your services and put reviews on your website and trustpilot and all other platforms.I want you to take strict action against this son of bi**h and cancel his license and also my assistant will gonna meet him as soon as possible.I am also complaining to police headquarters and Baldia police station and my lawyer will look into it further as a harassment case and we are fully ready to take legal action.Kindly take this email as a most urgent issue and sort this out and give me the output as soon as possible. Fraud drivers they charged extra after reaching destination and indrive can't help you I was try to connect support they replied too late or ended chat after asking some details I was email them but not getting solution they replied ther terms and conditions I always promote indrive after there support I gave them 0 star

However, my latest encounter has left me disappointed and concerned.Yesterday, I booked a cab through the InDrive app to travel from Mohali Tower to the Balongi main Gurudwara. Unfortunately, the ride turned out to be far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience.Upon entering the cab, the driver informed me of an additional charge, citing it was applicable due to it being a Sunday. While I understand that there might be extra charges on certain days, the lack of transparency and prior notification was highly inconvenient, especially considering the urgency of my travel.Adding to the distress, I was traveling with my pregnant wife. Despite explaining our situation multiple times, the driver insisted on the extra payment and did not empathize with our predicament. This lack of understanding and the driver's unwillingness to accommodate our situation was disheartening.To make matters worse, when I refused to pay the additional amount and requested to continue the ride as booked, the driver suggested we leave the cab midway. This left my pregnant wife and me stranded on the way to our destination, creating unnecessary stress and discomfort.As a loyal user, I believe in the reliability and integrity of the InDrive service. However, this incident has raised concerns about the transparency of your pricing policies and the conduct of your drivers.I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur. You have to waste your time in negotiations with drivers who keep on demanding much higher than the rates indicated by the application at the time of start of booking. Thereafter, driver will call and speak in very rude manner. On complaint, no action is taken. I presume that the drivers are enrolled without any police verification or any kind of verification by the app owners. It is not clear as to why they are operating it when they are not taking any money from the drivers. I presume it is being operated by a group of hackers whose main purpose may be collections of personal date with online payment records. Be careful while dealing with this app and its drivers
When I started using Indrive, Drivers were more friendly than your average taxi driver, Clean cars,quick and professional, but now I think some criminal faces, started working for InDrive, Stinky and unclean vihicules is something very usual, sometimes the driver ask for permission if you can let him smoke however it's illegal, They show up with different cars with different license plate which is dangerous especially for girls and ladies this put them under the risk of getting robbed or molested, in the end of the ride they may ask you to cancel it to escape the app fee, the bad things we want to get rid of by switching to apps from taxis we are facing them of now, In conclusion, Indrive is the second best option after the tramway, from city to city there is no better option than the train Especially AlBoraq from Tangier to Casablanca. When using InDrive be strict and rigorous with the driver, don't give up any detail, a clean and legal car are your basic rights. Hoping and expecting Indrive to be more strict with the driversP.S: Support were unreachable, I contacted them twice, and finally got a good reply, from now on I'll report every driver fraud
