Review Time
I canceled my account last week on line and apparently my account was NOT canceled as I was charged today for the monthly fee. Called customer service and got the run around from the rep. He told me that you can't cancel on line (even though there is a cancel subscription button there). Tried to gaslight me on this fact by saying there isn't a cancel button there. I was persistent in telling him to cancel my account, that I never want to see a charge from them again, etc. He said he would send a confirmation of cancelation to my email. As of right now, about 15 minutes after speaking to the rep, I have no email. I will wait 24 hours and check again. Their search results are terrible/questionable and the means to cancel are extremely difficult. They are scammers. DO NOT use them!
Don't bother. They keep trying to charge me a "convenience fee" even though I spoke directly with them over the phone and received a confirmation code of my cancelation. If you don't monitor your bank account carefully they will charge you until the end of time. Waste of time and money.
