What a scam! Trying to find a lost relative, put all my information in, after hitting the subscribe (which was only supposed to be 99 cents) No information on the search was found. Then they charged me 1.00 instead of 99 cents, then when I called to cancel subscription I find out they charged another $29.99 and NO WHERE did it say I was going to be charged that! Watch out for this place!
They are hacker, scammer and liers. I have unsubscribed them 10 times or more, but they are still sending me emails and phishing links.This webpage and company should be banned, and fined against harrassing the people and torturing them through their undue tactics and vicious tricks.
Don’t even waste your time. They draw you in thinking it will be 100% free then try to charge you for the report. From the other reviews I’m seeing they’re charging more than the amount people are agreeing to. Offering reports for .99 cents and then charging cards 6.00-30.00 instead. Very scammy and dishonest. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I signed up for a .99 cent five day subscription. I noticed that the information is not up-to-date. I looked at my account and found out that they not only charged me .99 but also 6.99 For some bundle I did not ask for. I called them to ask for my money back. They refused to give me my money back so I lost 7.99. Do not use this company. There a waste of money. Plus they scam you out of more.
Today I had to call customer service because I had an issue with my account. I was prepared to be irritated assuming I would get attitude. OMG! Absolutely the opposite. I spoke with Shyrell. I have to say if anyone had an attitude it was me. But I never got to that point because she was so amazing. She was cheerful, and professional and solved my issue immediately. I really can't say enough about what a great experience this was. I think it's important to acknowledge this level of customer service. I asked her if there was a survey I could take. She said they don't offer that feature. I asked to speak with her supervisor. Damien, her supervisor, then came on the line. I expressed my gratitude over how great Shyrell was in solving my issue. Damien was just as pleasant as Shyrell. I also have to give a shout out to the service Information.com provides. Thank you for everything. Just a suggestion to the powers that be...customer services reps deal with so much *%@#! They should be recognized and also given some sort of compensation...Just my thoughts based upon my experience. Thank you so much Sheryll and Damien!
Would give them a zero if possible. I was charged $.99 and told I could cancel anytime, which I did immediately. The information they provided was bogus. I just saw they charged my account for $29.99. Went to the website and there is now way to cancel. Seriously???
You are the ones that need to be honest!!! You told me it would only cost 1$. You ended up taking out 6.99 and then you turned around and took out another 30$ plus!!! You suck and I've reported you to the BBB and I'm filling a claim with my bank. Thanks for NOTHING !!!
