Review Time
Absolute nightmare of a company, I really wish I would have researched them here first. Predatory and does not work as advertised. Charges more than advertised, and makes it impossible to unsubscribe without calling or emailing. If they answer the phone or emails... I may just have to cancel my card instead. So many headaches....
Well I was very frustrated trying to even find my so called "report," and after trying to "verify" my email address Idk how many times, I looked at some of the reviews and I didn't feel alone in my futile attempts at just trying to even view it... but I'll add another 1 star to their extensive collection of horrific reviews..Yeah this company is absolute garbage and I wish I had looked at the reviews first..Do not look at buying anything on this site unless you like getting robbed.. In fact tell you wat... if u r feelin generous you can send me some money.. I won't promise u anything but a thanks and a have a merry Christmas 2 u all...
They told me they were only charginf 99 cents for one pdf, then charged me $35 a month later for the subscription that I had never enrolled in. I had no idea this was happening. They don't let you cancel on the website. They only let you cancel on the phone.
If I could give them a lower rating I would. This company is in DIRECT VIOLATION of the "Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act" (ROSCA). This federal law, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), prohibits deceptive practices in online sales involving recurring charges. I clicked on a .99 cent charge for purchasing data on a named person in a form that I filled out... In this particular case it was to get MY OWN Data for the profile URL in order to OPT-OUT from them selling my personal information also by rights which are enforced by law and by Federal Agencies. The ROSCA Law specifically mandates CLEAR Disclosure and EXPRESS INFORMED CONSENT for auto-renewal plans. WHICH Clearly means that it cannot be from clicking on a button for a 'One Time Charge" of 99 cents for the purchasing of one time data file on someone. When I called their customer service the woman working there lied and said they had that I agreed to a subscription with re-occuring charges every month by having it buried in the "Terms Of Service" that I had no choice but to agree to in order to get the data profile on me. Highly Illegal !!! Personally I think this business needs a Class Action lawsuit to teach them not to steal from people.
This company really should be investigated by the FCC. In December 2024, I paid 0.99 to receive a non existent search. I received Nothing. No text, no email, no information at all. This company(?) has withdrawn 19.19 from my bank account, causing it to be overdrawn, and closing my bank account.My Bank has gotten involved with this scam, because I did not agree to, not authorize those withdraws. I find this site to be scamming thieves...
I hate that I can only give it one star, I want to give zero stars. I paid for a .99 search and they tried charging over $41.00 in subscription fees. I sent a message to cancel any and all subscriptions and they canceled on and tried to keep another. Very dishonest service. Everything is hidden.
