I quickly learned that not all printers are the same. Paisley worked diligently to get my new printer up and running. Even depsite my frustration and willingness to wait another day Paisley asked for a few more minutes and was able to get the job done. Not many customer service agents would continue to organize and undo someone else's mess. Thank you Paisley for your help.

I have had issues with the Ink Sonic L1800 put have been resolved by the tech support. Recently I ended up needing a new computer and I needed help setting up the printer. They did a great job helping me and were fast to respond.
I followed the guidelines to set up the printer, but it wouldn't function. The support team took control remotely, yet they couldn't resolve the issue either. They sent me a replacement printer head, which took two weeks to arrive. After receiving it, they guided me through the replacement process, but it still didn't work. They indicated that the motherboard was faulty. Two weeks later, I replaced it per their instructions, but the issue persisted. They offered to send additional parts, but I opted for a return instead. I had to cover the shipping costs, and they provided a partial refund.
I ordered a print head for my printer, but because it wasn’t from the specific brand, they claimed they couldn’t assist me. The print head was supposed to be new, but I received one that appeared used and had ink on it. I won’t be ordering from them again. I wish I could share pictures of what I received. It was a very unsatisfactory experience throughout.
