Terrible experience with Innovaredenim. The dress I ordered was nothing like the photo – it was made of cheap, flimsy material, fit horribly (too short and gaping in the back), and was completely unwearable. To make it worse, their return policy is a joke – no refunds allowed, only a store voucher for 110%, which I absolutely do not want. This feels like a typical low-quality drop-ship operation based in China. I honestly don’t understand the glowing reviews – makes me question if they’re even real. Avoid this company. Total waste of time and money.
I had a great experience with this online store! I was looking for an item that I had tried on earlier, and the seller was incredibly helpful in tracking it down for me. Really bad quality. Products do not mirror the images on the website.I did do the right thing and first check Reviews but they all reflected 4+ rating. I didnt delve in further to see all the trending reviews and experiencss similar to mine.I also didnt read NO Refund piece properly. Even though the dress is terrible quality, sizing wrong, zipper cheap, they will not give refundJust dont do it
placed an order here but my package has not been delivered yet. I’ve tried reaching out via email and messages, but I haven’t received any response. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend based on my experience. I Hope this helps others make an informed decision
