I ordered a jacket from this website and when it came, it was too small. I paid a lot of money for it and it was in a very inexpensive material so it didn’t make any sense to me that it cost that much and looks so cheap. I tried to return it and they asked me a lot of questions about why I didn’t return it the day I got it. I responded with My answers that I couldn’t find their return policy for quite a while. Then they just started to mass send me emails that explain their return policy over and over. Very rude way to handle it. There are better companies out there for clothing for sure.
I ordered 2 items on the 30th of September, since I did not receive I made contact twiceThe first time one month later the Items were not ready still in the making I had to wait The second time 3 months later they are sorry they do not have the items if I want something else some ugly t- shirt or they will cancel for a gift card The customer service is bad here If I do not send a email I don’t hear a word what is wrong with my order I already paid for How can I get my money back???You are scammers
I received my order 1.2 months later.The quality and cuts of the set are really bad; for the price, I was expecting something of much better quality.The fit of the clothing is nothing like what’s shown in the picture.The customer service is terrible.
i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the items, i was expecting some cheap imitations of the more expensive brands. The red top is exactly as pictured. but the return process is not easy and I wish I can just do it in the portal or directly on the website, but I had to send an email, and after a whole day, no response yet.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet!! I was sent a tracking link 5 days ago that keeps saying no information for the link!! Everytime I try to contact customer service i get an automated reply with the same useless tracking link. If their team doesn't contact me, I am pursuing legal action with my lawyers in Germany.
