Review Time
I bought a dining table set from here last month as I wanted it for so long. So I was taking reviews from many of my knowns about some furniture shops where I can get an affordable and good quality product. Many of my friends suggested to me about saraf only so I tried for the very 1st time to buy anything from saraf it seems nice the quality was really good and they delivered this on the desired time only really happy with them.
I recieved a defective product after 8 weeks of placing the order. The headboard was damaged. I reported it on the same day (now over 4 weeks ago). The support staff didn't reply for 10 days. I finally called the CEO and he said it will be looked into. Got a generic template email right away and then no answer thereafter. Now it's been over 5 weeks and the staff doesn't give a crap.
I would say only buy READY products available. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FOR TO-BE-MADE. I ordered wooden sofa bed on a condition that it needs to be delivered in 1 month. During the purchase process, they actively picked up calls, replied to messages and answered emails. During the 1 month period I contacted them twice to get a status update ( after reading so many messages here) and was assured everything is on time. 4 days before the delivery date, I connected with them again, after innumerable calls, whatsapp messages - I finally received message that production team is asking for additional 15 days. - They cannot deliver what they promise- They will not update you the status - They will not contact you incase of delays/ hiccup ( in my case, I would have ordered something else and still managed to stick to my schedule) In short, do not go by there number of stores across India website - they forget customers after taking orders.
Worst experience of my life. I've ordered furniture from many online platforms, but insaraf is the worst ever. They are good at harassing customers. I was promised the delivery of the product on 15th dec. Today on the 30th of dec there is no update about the delivery. The call center representatives are the so bad at their job, that it is best not to waste your time on them. Emails to the company seem to be a deadend as they hardly reply. Most replies are automated. After paying 100% amount, I regret ever coming across this company. Raghunandan Saraf is a fraud. Hope this company winds up its business really soon. My advice to people, don't ever buy feom them. It is a scam
