On the 10th Oct 2023, I purchased a solid wood jodhpur sofa set. Regrettably, I soon discovered a termite problem with the wood as well as unfinished product . Despite reaching out to both the customer care and support team, from last 5 months no resolution being provided. Every time the team says the technical team will visit on Monday but not sure which Monday they are referring too. Also one of the support team suggest me that you have to adjust what ever you purchase.Not sure what I need to say.. I have requested the customer care team to ass on this issue to senior management, but they are saying they don't have permission to do the same.Pathetic after sales service. Ranjan9989334279
Apart from defects and broken pieces, to our utter shock, they have sent cheapest quality Jungle wood 5 seater (3+1+1) sofa set & table instead of the invoiced North Indian Sheesham wood. Workmanship is extremely worst. Simply hammered the worst jungle wood possible and poured warnish over it. Literally nothing else and nowhere to close to what is shown in website.We checked with multiple carpenters, all of them confirmed it's clearly Jungle wood. Thanks to one broken armrest piece where the inside of wood is visible without which we wouldn't have known about the wood itself.They have used ordinary plastic non-woven material instead of fabric for inner cushion cover. Cushion sticthing finish is like rice gunny bag full of wrinkles and folds.No refund policy and returns. Stay away. Complete scam in the name of 'entrepreneurship'. They have thousands of cases pending in consumer courts. Please stay alert. All money and time gone into drain.
InSaraf is a very worst company i was ordered a dining set in the December 2020, today April 14/ 2021 still nit received my order ,no customer support from their team ,they won't respond for emails, during the calls they told wrong delivery dates saraf team is big cheaters team . Order booked during winter sale now summer sale is also started but product not yet dispatched
Please do not order anything at Insaraf store unless you are ready to wait forever for the order to be delivered. i ordered a bed, initially i was asked to wait for six weeks, now it has been THREE MONTHS and the order isn't delivered yet. Worst customer service.
I ordered for a chest of drawers on 17 Jan 2021 and have not yet received. There is not update from Insaraf on my item. This is disappointing. No mark of professional service. I have asked for refund and awaiting response.
It has been two months since I placed the order. I still have no clarity on when the product will be delivered. Phone based customer service have cancelled the call twice over while the query was being addressed. Email updates give wrong delivery dates and tracking website gives outdated information. Really questioning the veracity of this website and wondering if the entire operations is fake.
have ordered a bar on 27 Nov 2020. Its been more than two months and the product has not been dispatched till date. I have called up their customer care number multiple times and everytime a new date is being assigned for dispatching the product( latest being 09 feb 21).Its the worst experience i have ever had with any ecommerce site.its a fradulent company and i would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there.
