ordered a chair. Just a chair. plain wood with a cushion.on June 6th 2024. Post that THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO UPDATE ON THE DELIVERY!!!! NO ONE PICKS UP THEIR PHONE LINE. That is sham! I could cut paste the e mail correspondence that keeps saying ' WE ARE PUTTING FINISHING TOUCHES! WHAT?? FOR A CHAIR ??? A BAR STOOL CHAIR??? AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH!!! The chat person who followed up the initial order no longer takes any calls!! ARE THESE GUYS SCAMMERS?? looks like it!! HOW MANY E MAILS CAN ONE SEND?? EVERY TIME THEY ARE PUTTING FINISHING TOUCHES!!! BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE!! any establishment that takes your money and refuses updates or communication is probably eating your money!! They say forty years in business!! I am sure that is lie as well!!
Recently I purchased Trundle bed and delivery was prompt. The installation was good however something went amiss and one shelf got stuck. It was very easy to contact the customer service and very promptly they sent an expert carpenter to fix it. For the quality and service I feel they are one of the best.
Extremely poor customer service, there is no update or information once you place the order , you have no idea if the product is going to be delivered or not, though they take the entire money upfront. Very difficult to get through or get a response on their email id or customer service number - please do not place any order . It's been more than 2 months and i have not received the furniture and i am struggling
We bought a dinning table from them which has a lifetime guarantee. Turns out both tables and chairs got infested within approx 2 months of purchase.From then to now, its almost 6 months of us following up with receiving a standard reply ‘ of getting back ASAP’.
