Fraud and cheats Saraf Furniture. Ordered furniture worth approx. 21,000 on 21st October, website showed delivery date as 14th Nov. Kept checking via chat platform on which Saraf furniture team had no clue on delivery date and asked me to write e-mail.E-mail replies were answered every 48 hours after multipe follow up and stating 'Escalated to senior product team'.Finally cancelled order via mail, no response till I sent mail on linkedin to the owner Raghunandan Saraf on 17th Nov. Till 24th Nov as I write no reply from him.Saraf furniture sales person Buvan called as I sent him also linkedin message, finally order got cancelled on 22nd Nov and was assured of 100% refund.Today is 24th Nov despite several calls and messages to Buvan refund not received yet. Saraf furniture seems to be fraud and cheaters who have no audacity towards customer experience or commitments.If I paste replies of e-mail sent to Saraf furniture you will laugh on the replies being given.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SARAF FURNITURES.
Back in March, I ordered a Poster bed, it came as agreed and it was beautifully made, so I thought let me order a few more things. That was a BIG MISTAKE!!! Delays are extreme, some products never arrived. Read and believe all the reviews, once a happy customer - no longer.Stay away!!!
Hi - Beaware, dont purchase anything from inSaraf.com.The images they showed on website are just for marketing. You wont get even 10% similar to what they displayed on the online catalog.Also, delivery time is more than 50 days for anything you purchase. And support is pathetic.I would not recommend.
This review is not just limited to this product but for this entire operation and attitude of Insaraf. First time I've decided to order something from Insaraf, and then ordered this tv unit. They claim on their website that product deliver within 14 day but I received the product after 2 months. At the time of delivery I saw there are issues with the product, doors were not closing properly, and there was visible bent in all three doors. I asked delivery peoples to take the product back, but they insist that they cannot. take it back and a carpenter will come to fix it. Their carpenter came after 20 days of delivery, and after examining he said that it's not fixable and has to be replaced. It's been another 2 months and I've not received the replaced product. Now here comes Insaraf's state of the art customer service. Till today, I must have followed up with their customer care team for at least 50 times(and I can assure you that they will never bother to call you back). Every time their customer care exec will give another date for delivery or will make some other excuse of not able to deliver till date. For them it's the one off instance and never happens with anyone or anytime but I'm sure by seeing their attitude and work ethics is that it's not some odd instance and happens with many people.It's been almost 4 months since I've ordered my product and I still do not have any update if I'll get an un-defected proper product or not. I urge anyone who can see this review that not to trust Insaraf ever. Neither their service, not their product is at per with basic quality. And all they do is making fool of customers. Stay away from Insaraf
Bad Service and High Priced. I placed the order on the 13th Sept and I was told the product would be dispatched in 15 days. It's 13th October today and I’ve been told it would take another 6 days to dispatch. They promised 15days and have been pushing the date ever since. You are required to pay upfront, they have no inventory and they charge a premium for the Sheesham wood furniture which they claim (cant comment on the quality as I haven't received the product yet). I don't recommend them at all. Be aware!
I ordered Jally Bar table (Order No- 1NSF294122133 ) on Aug 20th with promised shipping date in 15 days. It has been over 45 days and I am still waiting for my order. So far I called at least 15 times and sent followup email for 10 times and chat for couple of times. Every time I call / chat they will tell shipment date as another 4 to 5 days.. It seems to be fraud company or running out of business. I called to check on new products and they said they are up and running and there is no impact of Covid but when I check on the status of my product they are giving Covid reason.When you sell product proudly with "Make in India" then you should be top on your promise and shipment date as committed. Few days delay we can understand however not in months and months. If you are not able to deliver or do business / false promises then pls dont include "Make in India" in your site. It is very shameful. Pls don't order anything from insaraf.com or you will be waiting for your product for ever. It is very frustrating experience. Still waiting for reply and my stuff.
I wish there was some options of negative review , they are very smart to not put reviews on google or Facebook because other people will become aware of there bad service.Its been 2 months since i placed my order yet it has not been delivered it to me.There is no tracking number as they say it in there private vehicle.And they don't even revert back on the mail.Please do not purchase product from them.
Order number #1NSF2896021331. At time of selling we were promised a delivery in 21 days, today is 36th day. Their website still says to be shipped on 1 Sep.2. They will not update you on revised delivery but when you follow up with them 3-4 times then they will promise you a new date. And they will say things like "this time pls trust us, we will deliver". I have been given 3 new dates in addition to the original commitment.3. They will read your messages and not reply on WhatsApp till you continuously ping them back to back over a couple of days. I have followed up at least 20 times. 4. They will not reply to emails until you keep on send them stinkers All replies will be generic which means that someone behind them is given a set template to reply with no action that will takenWill "Make in India" be successful if we have incompetent players like INSARAF in the market. Their website says "proudly made in India" - Isn't it insulting the entire concept of making in India? Will consumers not start associating this with poor service?Should authorities not take an action? Not asking to ban them of course or put them in jail. But a heavy fine that brings up a huge dent in their bottom line so that next time before taking orders they can't deliver they will think twice. And it will also set an example for all other vendors that if you want to capitalize on the "Make In India" wave, ensure quality and professionalism. I am embarrassed that such behavior is allowed in our country without consequences.

I can't describe how pathetic and horrible experience I have with SARAF FURNITURE.It's been almost 45 days I placed my order and full advance payment but product still not delivered.You people should be ashamed for claiming and advertising "Vocal of Local". Very robotic/fixed -pre-typed response/reply to your every queries. Not professional at all.AND they are NOT REFUNDING my money as well just keep making excuses and "will get back to you" kind of response.
I purchased a sofa(2 Seater) from them, first of all they have no free installation facility (only for few selected cities which they claim) and installation charges are very high( site mentions RS 600-900 which they also say that it can't be confirmed). After installation, which I myself did after learning of high installation charges, I found sofa seats to be of very low quality and completely different from pictures that were being depicted on their site( low seating, small sized, with pieces coming out). On asking for a return, they said there is no return policy, on confronting them with the return policy on site, that on site it is written that it can be returned, they smartly changed the return policy overnight. Their call centre people are so very rude and doesn't reply properly, I have been sending e-mails to them, but they reply after 2-3 days and that too they say only one thing sorry for inconvenience we will send someone to install it, which I have been telling them through various mails that it is already installed, but they are sending almost the same reply with nil mention of return. I would request everyone not to get fooled by these people. There are much better other online portals like Pepperfry and Urban ladder, where I had a wonderful experience. These are money eaters, Request everyone to stay Away, I'm fighting for my return for last 15 days.PS: don't get fooled by their what's app messages which they will send you to Make you buy fast.My order I’d is INSF296162133
