Amazing tool! Not cheap but worth the fullPackage to have so much flexibility to create! And much cheaper and faster than paying a company or individual artist!! The training with Alexandra was critical, incredibly helpful and motivating. She is awesome! I can’t wait to create instructional videos that will help parents struggling with their ADHD kids 🙌

I purchased Instadoodle with high hopes, but once I got into the program, I realized it wasn’t quite the right fit for my needs. Naturally, I requested a full refund—and I have to say, the team behind Instadoodle was fantastic. Courteous, responsive, and refreshingly human. My refund was processed in just a couple of days—no hoops, no headaches.While the program isn’t quite in my wheelhouse yet, I’ll be keeping a close eye on its evolution. 3 Days ago, I posted a review about Instadoodle that I subscribed to their Pro plan but I got the basic plan instead. I must confess, their customer support team has sorted me out. They have upgrade my plan to pro. The software has a nice user interface for newbies to create doodle videos.If you have any problem with the software, kindly open a ticket for support, and their support team will have time for you.I'm glad I'm now using the pro plan 👍😊
Upgraded to the PRO account with the color splash upgrade, AI Voices, and AI wizard upgrade. I didn't even finish making my first video and it tells me I have to purchase more AI credits. At no point during the purchase does it indicate that your upgrade is basically giving you the ability to purchase credits. Very shady bait and switch. I spent nearly $300 to upgrade everything to find out in the end all my upgrades are pointless without purchasing more credits. Unfortunately for me I'm outside of my 30 day window because I took too long to sit down and use it fully but from the other reviews I see about the 30 day guarantee it probably wouldn't have mattered. Lifetime membership?? thats what you call that? shame on you.
Terrible. Just another hands off email only support no phone number thief company. You know …. Seems like all of these internet companies operate the same way. They can state terms of any kind because they can allude to the “marketing” company (fast spring) - I tried it for 30 minutes!!!! Then canceled by sending email, there wasn’t an easy to find cancel button. They do this on purpose. NOW I have disputed 3 charges - one was 67 dollars (not sure where that came from since it was supposed to be a trial). But anyway, two more followed. I sent another email demanding return of my money for a misrepresented substandard program. No reply of course. I disputed it with my bank. For the april 28th charge and now again for the may 21st charge!!!! There has to be some protected way we as consumers, can stop this kind of thing. Makes me NOT EVER want to “ shop “ online. Only if we all do it, will it have any efficacy …. So lets all do it!
This is an amazing tool to create presentations / whiteboard video stories. There are add-ons to the standard package that are reasonably priced for what you get.Customer service is absolutely wonderful, even did a one-on-one tutorial with me via online meeting (real person). I really recommend this product.
Creator Heaven. Instadoodle has been a game changer for my ability to create the vision(s) I have in my head to imagery and messaging that translates and allows that vision and creativity from within to be expressed to others. It is fun, engaging, and very simple to use, with a short learning curve from novice to pro in no time at all. If you are looking for a way to create engaging, effective content that is dynamic, fun, and engaging for the viewer...this is it. The support has been phenomenal, especially when they have glitches and growing pains. They are growing quickly and sometimes it's a hiccup., but never anything like inVideo or kliong.ai or even chatgtp was in their beginning. My adviser Alexandria(yes you get a pro advisor to help you ) has been a blessing and we are just getting started. I love it, I love her and it works...get it! Thank You AllenB
