My father got the background check he needed but when he noticed they were double billing per month he canceled the subscription and called to get a refund on the double billing. They only refunded 1 month but told him to dispute the other months they double billed even though they saw where they doubled billed.
You don’t get all the information that you need and what I found out about viewing the reports that I received it. It’s in accurate information, especially when I looked up myself all of the places they said I work that’s not me. That’s someone else so basically whatever public information you’re getting is basically a lie that you’re giving back to the public.
