The customer support is very helpful and even though I did cancel my subscription I still received good service over the phone. For the most part the info on this site is accurate although it could be a little more thorough and seems to not be able to find exactly what I am looking for but tho trial periods are nice as long as you remember to canal . The normal prices are just far too expensive for what info you actually get. But thank you to the support person who helped me and was very kind and knowledgeable.
I contacted Intelius via the website concerning an erroneous billing. Intelius never responded.Today, I spoke to a woman at Intelius concerning the same billing. She listened to me and issued the appropriate credit. She then explained to me how the Download feature works and the cost. She did an excellent job.
Waste of time. The site kept me waiting for ten minutes with an artificially delayed "search," only to tell me it would cost another $25 to show the results. It does not take ten minutes to search through a database. Even a system from the '80s is faster than that. There are only two reasons that a simple search would be delayed that significantly: malice or incompetence. Response to Business: The pricing should have been front and center before a search was initiated, not after keeping someone waiting for 10-20 minutes after what can only be an archaic system searched and organized incredibly basic records. It's clear there's a reason Intelius doesn't do upfront pricing, rather they'll tell you the price tag only AFTER keeping someone on the hook waiting unnecessarily.
