Battery ran out before I could finish it. Got to the third cartridge and have a complete full one I'm unable to use.

I have been buying from IVG for years and recently started using their disposables unfortunately 2 of the last batch of 5 did not work. 1 lasted about 10-15 puffs before the battery gave up the other never worked at all

Got 2 faulty vapes from morrisons …

Got 2 faulty vapes from morrisons daily xmas eve took back to shop they said don't refund contact manufacturer which I did now in march had 1 email to send receipts which I did no more contact after numerous emails I would not buy again from this company customer service is disgraceful and I'm £25 out of pocket not acceptable avoid at all costs if vape faulty they don't want to know
