Very helpful and professional and a good price they have done exactly what they have said an absolutely first class service if you want a great service this is the place to go if you prefer sloppy service and mediocre assistance spend your money with someone who doesn’t deserve the business
How this company is still running I have no idea. Website shows item as in stock so you order it. You get a shipping notification so you think it is on its way. Nothing arrives so after 3 days you call them only to be told the item is out of stock and they have no idea when it is going to be in. This has happened on numerous occasions for us, which when you are trying to run a conversion business and need the parts to meet your own customers deadline really isn't helpful. This is the last time I will ever be purchasing from Jacksons even if it means I pay a bit more to get it from somewhere else so they will be losing a good few grand in revenue from us.
Absolute waste of money, time and effort this company is!I needed a replacement cool-box fridge by the weekend to go away with, Jackson Leisure had the item I needed advertised. I telephoned them Wednesday morning to check availability and delivery timescale as I explained I needed for the weekend. The person I spoke to assured me if I ordered it straight away, I would receive it Friday, just in time.On Friday I received notification that it had just been dispatched!I called immediately and requested they stop the delivery as I no longer wish to receive the item.It seems that Jackson Leisure cannot organise a simple delivery on time and mislead potential customers just go get sales!I would not recommend this company and I would never purchase anything from them.
