Review Time
I have had 2 online purchase with this shop 1 one was OK. Second was very stressful and disappointing. My order was over 1600£ ath end of shopping I was noticed that 'your order is complete and waiting on dispatch. After one week I started to look where is my order, unfortunately it was on hold in my spam I found email telling me I need to confirm my payment and bla, bla. Checking my bank details payment already received and cleared that made me feel like they taking a chance to scam or something like that so I contacted them provided my details, bank details, address details just because they using some silly payment system. Then later they send me another email with telling me there is no part in stock I purchased that was showing it's in stock so 1 week already on delnai another 4 weeks took to get that part. Overall experience is disappointing and not even a sorry from them. Hope never have to use them again.
We were desperate for an awning for our campervan with specific fitting requirements. The staff at Jacksons were superb, they sourced the awning, ensured it had the right fitting set up, and because we were extremely short on time, made sure it arrived in a couple of days. I can't recommed this company enough.
Fast delivery, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size fan, but the excellent customer service arranged an exchange straight away with no fuss, special mention for Janet in customer services, thank you, great service, will be ordering more from you ( I will make sure I order the correct size next time 🙂)
JacksonLeisure were great, I was unsure of the correct size NRF window blind to order for my camper. a quick phone call and kind instructions helped, and I ordered the blind it arrive within the time frame which was useful. my motorhome repair guy was also impressed with he quality and took the details of where I had purchased the blind for reference for future customers. Once fitted it looked great, worked a treat. I now need to buy one for the other side so they look the same. the quality is good, the fitting was easy. off to order the second blind now...😁🚐
Cannot compliment Jacksons Leisure enough for the speed and efficiency of my order (a good price too). I was nearly finished installing a new tap before I realised that I needed some reducing connectors. My order came quicker than I was expecting, exactly correct and well protected. Thanks very much.
