Crafty crafty company, we brought an item from them, money was taken had email stating it had been shipped only to get a call saying the price on the website was wrong and they were going to refund me, only after putting the phone down did I realize after looking it up that as they had taken my money it was legally binding and should have received the item at the advertised price, I rang them back straight away stating this only to be told to late they had already done the refund (fastest refund in history) bad company your mistake and then to be so sneaky and dishonest
Joe on the customer service team was excellent today - I was experiencing a website issue, and he placed the order on the phone for me, investigated the issue, then called back to let me know how to have it not happen again. Thanks, it's really appreciated.
Reece at Jackson leisure could not have been more helpful, we were on holiday in Scotland without electric power when our fridge broke down. We contacted Jackson’s for a new PCB board, they sent one out by next day delivery. Totally happy perfect company with the customer service and care you need in a crisis.
