Review Time
I have been converting a van into a camper and have bought various pieces of kit from them - the basic stuff is all excellent, prices, delivery etc. but where they have excelled for me is in their customer support - queries were dealt with quickly and clearly and when I ordered the wrong item they managed the return with no stress and got me out the correct item despite it being well over the time period where they were obliged to do this (although with a credit note which was fine for me). I would definitely recommend them.
Jacksons supplied an Isotherm CR42 12v fridge in 2018.Worked great until I wanted to increase the length of the 12v wires.Fridge stopped working, so contacted Jacksons and they allocated Gem to work on the problem.After around 30 2-way messages I realised I had knocked off most of the 12v wires from the unit. I had no wiring diagram.Gem contacted Isotherm for advice which solved the problem and got my fridge working again. He was very kind, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for Gem and the Tech Team of Jacksons Leisure. This was amazing after sales service and the reason I have given them a 5 star review. Thank you so much Gem and all at Jacksons Leisure.
