Brilliant service. Decent stock (we bought a water pump and filter) and prices, and their tech team are second to none - prompt and very knowledgeable. The box felt a bit flimsy on delivery, but the parts inside were well wrapped so no issue there. Will definitely use again.
Motorhome Fridge. Brilliant service from start to finish. Advised what model I needed to upgrade from due to having a very old van. Speedy delivery. Manufacturing issue with the fridge was promptly sorted out and replaced within 2 days, thanks to their outstanding and dedicated customer service team (special thanks to Matty) . Will definitely use again.
Excellent service and competitive pricesHad a problem with a Dometec spare part I purchased from the six months ago. Contacted their warranty department a person was assigned to the issue. She was very helpful kept me informed throughout the process and liaised with Dometic and got me a replacement. Excellent company
I bought a paddle board from Jackson’s Leisure supplies because they were competitive on the price. The comms were good and the delivery was extremely quick. When the paddle board arrived though, it was disappointing to find the pump foot had snapped. I got in contact straight away to report the damage because they ask you do this within 24hrs of delivery. Note, they do ask for plenty of photos. Then I saw some negative reviews and I did start to worry. It was unnecessary, I called them the next day and spoke to someone really helpful. The next day I had a delivery of a new pump.
