Wow!

Wow, bought a fridge for my camper a while ago and the handle broke. Out of warranty so Jacksons had no responsibility to do anything but located a new handle and shipped it (vet quickly) without any cost to me at all. Fantastic. Thank you so much. Steve

Very disappointed with the aftercare…

Very disappointed with the aftercare from Jacksons Leisure- I bought a truma combi D4E end of September and due to it being a self build, it wasn't fitted until end of November- After fitting the Truma D4E to the working instructions it ran twice but then stopped. It has an internal fault with the glow plug- Contacted Jacksons and they're not willing to help they told me to send it away to truma to be fixed as its over the 30 day period- I wouldn't deal with Jacksons again as there aftersales is appalling. Spent over 4k with them on different items you'd think they would be more helpful. Thanks for everything Jacksons Leisure

Ordered 2 items on the 13th December…

Ordered 2 items on the 13th December marked as in stock,phoned on the 15th of December only to be told half the order wasn’t in stock and was due to come in on the 20th of January.I called them on the 21st of January only to be told they hadn’t arrived,don’t think they’d have called me to tell me this. I asked when they would come in and they said they couldn’t tell me,2 days latter called again only to be told they would be back in stock the end of March but not definite.I did nothing but chase for updates on items that were marked in stock,in the end I’d had enough and asked for a refund.I know things go wrong time to time,however when they do they won’t let you know unless you chase them.

I contacted Jackson’s as I was looking for a replacement roof light that had blown off my caravan. I had no idea and was clueless as to what I needed as my van is 25 years old. They looked it up, sent me the link of everything I needed. They were so helpful and polite. I then rang back to place the order after checking it would fit and the order was processed seamlessly . What fantastic customer service and helping me get what I needed. Thank you 🙂

Wheel arch compressor fridge

I bought a wheel arch compressor fridge for our caravan. When we tried to change the way the door opened, the handle didnt fit on the other side.I contacted Jacksons and they sent a handle to fit the next day by post.Now we have the door the way we want without any hassle and the bonus was the fridge is much quieter than we expected.I would highly recommend Jacksons.
