Items easy to find and order from the website. Items all arrived in good order and promptly. Followed up with a question regarding radius of windows before cutting holes in the van. Response was prompt no actual advice given other than find it out yourself from the windows.
Don’t waste your money. A faulty fridge after just 3 months and Jackson’s are trying everything possible to avoid replacing the product. Despite agreeing to pay for a diagnostics with their approved repairer, they then refused to replace my fridge after the repairer didn’t want to get involved as they didn’t fit the fridge originally.Avoid at all costs. Unless you want a £800 product with no warranty.
Always very fast delivery and excellent customer service. I ordered a fridge and that's been perfect so far. Because their customer service was so helpful I have since ordered a water heater from them. It was a bonus that the heater was cheaper than any other places selling it too :)
Since most folks read the one-star reviews (which I had not done) here are two issues with this company: 1. I contacted the company in early summer since I was interested in a their Dellcool ADS 135 fridge; at that time the fridge showed as “out of stock”. My enquiry was at what point they thought it was available again and I was told possibly in October of this year. In September, I contacted them again and a possible availability date was confirmed for the middle of October which suited me fine. Then suddenly in October the website showed “preorder for March 2025” which was confirmed after a telephone call. I felt let down due to inaccurate information. Fortunately, I found another fridge with another company.The second issue was with a shower try. I had ordered the tray since I believed it would fit into the foreseen area (yes, I had measured several times and even had made a template!) but the product didn’t fit and furthermore it was much “flimsier” (very thin) than expected. Later video checks recommended not to buy this product. So, as per the companies return policy, I obtained the required return number (RMA) and asked for their preferred shipment company; I was told it was up to me. The product was delivered at a charge of £5.95 by FedEx (if I remember correctly). When I tried to find a shipping company – first online, then by phone, I was not able to find one because the product size was too big: 122 cm high at only 8 kgs. The limit was 120 cm. I finally found a company who dealt with the return for a whopping £33.00!! – quite an issue considering the tray was less than £80.00 (which was refunded). In other words, size matters when you order something and may have to return it AND make sure the company has a return pick-up arrangement. As a conclusion, the company is off my preferred supplier list.
