Review Time
Scam. None of the customers receive their orders - the reviewers that say otherwise are fake. The customer service exists, but they answered only once explaining that they are moving their warehouse, so delay is expected, but it seems that there are still people waiting for their order since April. Absolute scam.
Placed an order August 8th. Have received approximately half my order between then and September 10th. Did not receive updates or shipping notifications except for when the first portion was shipped, which came with a tracking number that never updated. Received notification when the 2nd portion was delivered.Company does not respond to emails unless you reach out to their SMS helpline, which is ran by their sister company, Blippo, so you cannot speak to anyone directly at Japan Candy Store. I received a very “copy and paste” status update from “Mika” at JCS on September 6th, stating their move was complete and the remained of my order would be shipped ASAP! Two weeks later and it has not shipped yet. I sent them an email on September 17th asking to cancel the remainder of my order since it hasnt gone beyond “confirmed” and have not received a response as of 9/20/2025. Most businesses reply within 48 hours but not JCS! You have to hound them for a response!Nonexistent customer service. Save your money, spent it elsewhere.
I had a fantastic experience shopping at Japan Candy Store. They offer a wider selection of products compared to other sites, and I appreciated that there were no customs fees involved.I absolutely loved the variety of candies available; there were so many options to choose from!
