My order #RN094568402JP which I placed on 28th August has not been fully delivered as of date. I received only few items of my order while the rest were never shipped.Initially they responded saying that they had moved their warehouse and that they would compensate me with a voucher for the delay, which is why I have been very understanding and patient believing what they said. However, almost 3 months later and I have never received the rest of my order nor did I receive a refund or even the promised compensatory voucher. Furthermore, no matter how many times I message them on WhatsApp or email them, they never responded after that first time.I’m only giving them 2 stars because the few items I received were in excellent condition. Otherwise, I have been clearly robbed off by this company as I have not received multiple items that I paid for or a refund.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I've had the same experience as many others here. Ordered on 30th of July and still hasn't even shipped. No reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. A small notification on their page (or through any channel) about delays would probably put many customers at ease, but right now it's only been silence. They do seem to answer here though so hoping for that.

Took my money and ran

Update: Japan Candy Shop delivered half of my order completely melted, so I requested a refund for the items that were still yet to ship after a month. A week later, PayPal emailed to let me know that the refund failed. I contacted them again, and they offered to refund the entire amount, but this refund also bounced. Eventually got half of my money back through paypal disputes. Avoid this store at all costs.This shop needs to warn customers that they're experiencing shipping issues due to tariffs. On the website it states a 1-2 week delivery time, but the items I ordered a month ago are either still in transit or haven't even shipped yet. Given the items that shipped immediately are going to take a month to arrive, that means the second half of my shipment will likely be over 2 months. Not great when dealing with food items.

Candy's cheap but slow delivery

Candy is really cheap, it's not a scam so far got the first one of my candies ab9ut q month ago I ordered(june 17th), but because of the warehouse delay I've been waiting for about 6 months which really sucks.

I use Japan candy store for umaibo, however I am still waiting on my first order. I’ve ordered twice from them and it’s been roughly 2 weeks since I first ordered from them. My first purchase should be arriving any day now, slightly frustrating haha hoping it’ll arrive soon!
