Amazing clothes- I wear them every day to work and constantly get compliments. Perfect modest, beautiful basics to mix and match. But what really sets this company apart is the amazing customer service and attention to detail. I had a few sizing issues and the owner of the brand herself responded and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and had the right clothes every time. Absolute top notch customer service.
Quality does not match the price at all, last time I bought a abaya the sleeves were so small compared to my previous one and they offered nothing no discount no code only an excuse as to why, they claim it’s hand made so there’s error bound to happen.. Not only that but my favourite abaya has gone up from $80 AUD to now $96 I don’t know how they think that’s right and claiming to be targeting Muslim girls and then upping your prices like that is so wrong and makrooh. Their slogan included the word “affordable” how misleading. They’re selling a basic shirt for $110 and the abaya for $150 how is this even considered an Islamic business I don’t know. You’ve lost a faithful customer I bought many times from here but seeing how the prices keep increasing has driven me away!
Jawda is amazing! I bought my first hijab and abaya from here and quickly returned to add more to my collection. I live in the USA and the shipping was so fast and convenient! The quality of the styles and materials are great and I can’t wait to get even more items from here. Their customer service is also fantastic. I sent an email to adjust an order and it was responded to promptly and with kindness. I can’t recommend this store enough.
Loved the fitting and feel of my abaya very much, crafted with detail and care, looking forward to more designs coming out, this will be my go to place for abayas, very much catered to simplicity. Extremely fast response time and they really value their customers which is amazing!
Where do I start?! The first time I saw Jawda was when a sister was wearing their abayas. They looked absolutely beautiful and covering. After a while I was finally able to order my own abayas from them. I was so excited that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. After realizing this I panicked as i couldn’t afford to have to ship it back. I quit my job to stay home with my little ones while my husband worked hard to support us so to be able to buy abayas at this moment was a blessing. Once I realized I had gotten the wrong size I emailed Jawda and Facebook messaged to try to catch the shipment in time. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch the shipment in time. Jawda’s team reached out pretty quickly even with the time difference. They were so kind trying to find a solution as the shipment had already been shipped. I decided instead of having to deal with returning that I’d just purchase a new abaya, (I have a newborn and two toddlers so to return the abaya in the wrong size just sounded like a lot of work for my busy days.. if you are a mom with 3 under the ages of 4 you know lol) Anisah sent me a email back offering to help out, she truly made my day. She was so kind and wanted to do her best to ensure I was a happy customer, she went above and beyond. I have worked in customer service for a long time, in this day and age it is so hard to find good professional customer service but I was blown away by the amazing communication and customer care she and her team have provided. I purchased the Black Tulip abaya and it is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I am waiting on my Black Flower abaya but I am sure it will be amazing as well. I highly recommend this abaya company, they stay true to how modest is supposed to be. In todays times it’s so hard to find good quality abayas that are truly made for the sake of Allah. If you are looking to purchase some abayas and looking for a modest choice that will please Allah I highly recommend Jawda. So I just received my first two abayas from them today and they fit so so well. I ordered another two and I accidentally put the wrong size and address for the order and I emailed customer service and they fixed it right away which I thought was so amazing. Love this brand so much 🤍

Absolutely love shopping here because not only are the clothes made of high quality fabrics that don’t scratch my skin and don’t leave me super hot, but they actually fit me length wise. I’m short! And I don’t always have time to go to a tailor so getting this in the right length even though I am not a size S is really great. I’ve bought 4 abayas from here and I plan to buy more!
