In January I received text messages noted as 514. When I got my Yallo bill there were 4 times 10 francs charged for my receiving these texts from 514. I askey Yallo for my refund. They said it was my fault and wlould not refund the charges. Nothing I could do but block the 514 texts or calls. So, Febuary bill comes. I got the same charges 4 times 10 francs. Yallo says it is my problem, and I should contact 514, Sam Media Sàrl and ask for my money back. I looked into that and got no reply. I think Yallo is getting kick backs from Sam Media Sarl.

We were promised a price for a bundle of home, tv, and mobile on black friday 2024, and were overcharged every month in 2025. I've called multiple times to flag this, only to be told that because the invoices were paid, there is nothing Yallo can do. And that going forward the promotion is applied when it should have been applied since January 2025. The calls stopped working for two months, the mobile service was supposed to work in the US and it didnt. Joke of a service.

I had a very bad experience with Yallo

I had a very bad experience with Yallo, especially with their customer service. Three months ago, I called to request a replacement internet router (it wasn't working). Over the phone, they told me they would send me a new one (which they did). They also told me I could dispose of the old device at a recycling center, which was fine. After three months, I received a bill for 250 francs to pay for the device they themselves had told me I could throw away without any problem. I called them several times, and each person gave me a different answer. I also asked to hear the recording of my call, in which they told me I wouldn't have any problems, but they wouldn't let me listen to it. It doesn't seem fair to pay for something that isn't my fault, but theirs.

They don't give a sh* about you

The internet worked fine most of the time. But the customer service and the appreciation of the customer is null or negative. They will not give you a single centimeter if they can find a contract clause to grab on to. They don't care if you won't have access to the service. They will make you pay for the whole duration of the contract even if they are not able to provide you the service.

Coverage is bad, costumer service is a joke

Network coverage needs a lot of improving, almost everyday depending on the place I go to I have no reception, I use a dual SIM system and although the other card is foreign, one thing I notice is that everytime yallo's card has no service the other one is almost full. Besides recently due to the black Friday I decided to make a couple of changes to my plans to see if there were some improvements, so I changed my phone plan to a more expensive one because allegedly the 5g would work better, the change was made instantly, although the service still fails most of the times.Now the funny part is that about the same time I also changed my home internet service to a cheaper one, with more bandwidth and overall better service, after all it was a black Friday deal ... Two months later the change was never made and I'm still paying more for the old service that is actually worse than the new one I hired.After tons of calls (from my part) and attempts to solve the situation the only thing I managed to achieve was to spend more money with calls trying to solve the situation for nothing as the answer is always the same, "it's an AI failure and during this week or the next it will be solved"... Bottom line, the next call I'll make is to cancel the entire family's plan with yallo, they simply lure you with prices they can't afford for services they can't deliver.

Don't go to Yallo

Be warned and do not change to Yallo. In my case porting has been pending since 21 days. I was told to contact my existing provider myself as it was stuck with previous provider...who confirmed also in writing their confirmation already. I keep getting told to wait 2 or 3 days. Yallo say they call to update but I have no missed call, no sms no voicemail - and they cant confirm which number they have called me on so completelyin the dark. I need to call repeatedly. Was told to cancel will be >300CHF and if I give a bad review I will expect worse service. I was even told to go buy a prepaid SIM card as now the mobile number has been ported from current provider but still isn't with Yallo. I was told on Friday (3 business days ago) to not call them again!! But when I call today Yallo say they will escalate it (did they not do it Friday after heating thr current provider has confirmed?).Takes a huge amount of time. Noone seems to listen or understand and worst of all we have no mobile data/phone access, held at ransom and cant cancel Yallo and get no clarity on what is going to be resolved when. Each time I call it costs 1.50chf.BAD SERVICE.STAY CLEAR OF YALLO.

Absolutely rubbish!!!

Absolutely rubbish!!!! Aweful customer service. Charge a CRAZY amount for late payments and don't respond to requests to cancel plans. Sure... upgrade and you get an answer within seconds. DON'T get Yallo... trust me

Scam – Avoid Yallo at all costs!

Yallo is a scam. They claimed to have canceled my subscription, but silently charged me an outrageous amount - what should have been CHF 20 ended up being CHF 350 - without any notification. But I shouldn’t have been charged at all, since I paid all the bills on time before cancelling.Their support is completely useless. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone, and even when you do, they do not solve your problems.I do not recommend Yallo under any circumstances. They are just a company that wants your money and has no regard for their customers.

Poor customer service – unusable eSIM.

Yallo prepaid eSIM was unusable from the start: I only had sporadic 3G signal (or "No Service"). I couldn't make calls, send SMS, or use data outside Wi-Fi from day one, as the SIM would only receive 3G — which shouldn't even exist anymore since 3G is fully switched off nationwide and repurposed for 4G/5G.I provided proof (Field Test screenshots, Sunrise app failures "Could not activate mobile data"), escalated multiple times, but their support sent repetitive irrelevant forms, they ignored the network fault, and they eventually deactivated the line with no warning or refund (number was never usable due to their issue not mine). Yallo are an extremely bad company that provides a slow and ineffective customer service. Avoid this company if you don't want to be scammed.
