You know when it is hard to fail in…

You know when it is hard to fail in every aspect in management, product qualities and customer service combined, you get surprized that some businesses can actually be/do that...complete failures. This is JBL for you, they were once pioneers, now I expect them to go bankrupt. I have been begging them to refund me after a tideous return from UK to Netherlands and now one answers me on email. They once copied and pasted their responses when i was troubled with the worst return experience of my life.I wish you all the worst outcome a business can have. Complete disgrace.

Bought the Quantum 610 Headset in local…

Bought the Quantum 610 Headset in local store and I was like: It surely won't be that bad if i only pay slightly above 100€.It is horrible. I'm never buying in-store again.Sound like in ears from 2005. I mean the general quality seems good, but sadly the sound is just trash. We have the year 2025 and JBL can't do the most basic stuff. Especially high notes and "s" sounds like snare drums are a pain to listen too.I can't even listen to my favourite songs, as they just sound worse.

No parcel and no refund

Purchased headphones a month ago, never received them. Contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. Had to investigate it myself with DPD and they confirmed the parcel is lost. I reached out again to JBL, but had radio silence for a week. If 0 stars was an option, I'd be giving that. Absolutely distraught.

Terrible customer service

Ordered some JBL headphones a month ago. Harman passed on the wrong address to DHL (different address from what was in the order confirmation email). I never received the order. They refused to send me new headphones although the fault was theirs. They stated i would be refunded when the item is returned to them. DHL has a delay, this is the company they appointed to make the delivery. Again, not my fault. After at least 10 emails back and forth, on 15 Dec they promised me in an email that the refund would be processed on the same day. 3 weeks later, still no refund. They now ignore that they promised to refund the order and say they escalated the matter. Bad customer service, no accountability. I will never order or buy a product again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Got the headphones tour one m2 at the start of May, haven’t had a chance to really use it regularly but when I have… it’s really good. Material: lightweight but I guess it’s coz of the materials they used which makes it feel less premium (which at the price, should be premium)ANC: Decent but not as strong as I expectedSound: good but the EQ presets sucksDeliver: was on time

Never received my order and waited a long time for a refund

I ordered a pair of headphones at September 27th. Due to problems with their courier DPD the order never arrived. After many e-mails and phone calls I finally received my money back today at October 25th, almost a month later. I would not recommend buying something from them, because you can't be sure if or when your order will arrive and if you don't receive your order, you have to wait a very long time before you get your money back.The people of the customer support are friendly, but the company policies feel quite outdated and not caring about the customer at all. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else!

Long story short; if you want a JBL refund process turned into a 'lose your money goose chase' and have a mysterious, dirty, old 'Audio Pro' sent back to you with claims from JBL HARMON that it was YOU who sent them the 'Audio Pro' for a refund and NOT the faulty JBL Flip 6 BLU that was sent back to the Netherlands JBL headquarters for a refund, that never materialised.. then, my friends, hop aboard a psychological, mind bender- and remember, you won't get your money or even (for decency's sake) a fully working replacement JBL Flip 6 BLU back! My only mistake in this craziness, is that I didn't take any photographs of my newly received JBL Flip 6 BLU to PROVE that I actually sent it back for refund... UPS tracking, guys!!!!! No, according to JBL Support, I sent the mysterious 'Audio Pro' to HARMON JBL for the refund of a JBL Flip 6 BLU... even writing this nonsense is making my head spin- but I just have to warn anyone out there, that wants a dazzling JBL Flip this or that, be careful, lest you receive a faulty JBL whatnot and have to go through the refund processing meat grinder.SHAME ON YOU JBL FOR LOSING THE FAULTY JBL FLIP 6 BLU IN ONE OF YOUR WAREHOUSES, NOT REFUNDING ME AND SENDING TO ME AN AUDIO PRO!!! WHERE DID YOU GET IT? UPS tracking documents and the invoices PROVE that I did send back to you for refund a genuine JBL Flip 6 that was delivered to me by you, faulty- as in not working at all! I can see that there are some reviewers on here that are experiencing this plain face wickedness!I will seek legal advice.

Brand new Charge 5 OVERHEATING and not holding a charge

I've been a customer of Harmon kardon and them jbl for 20 years.I had the classics and work in the music industry these people do not care at all about product quality or trade/ consumer legislation. Ive experienced the same common theme of non response, repeating the same unhelpful information and being passed around a customer service centre somewhere in the world you can't call.The latest issue I had was with the charge 5, brand new won't hold a charge and overheats. I live off mainland USA but not in the states but everything is shipped through USA. They said they will replace it as long as they get the freshly delivered speaker to them! However that in of itself will probably cost the value of the speaker. I had to pay duty customs taxes and shipping to get the first one here. They suggested I travel to the US to replace it! Then they go on to say they don't have international warrantys? Which implies they cannot be an international company , yet trade as one.No one is accountable, just mass production and larger profits for shareholders and the larger mother company the destiny of all those that sell out to capitalism. Looks like jbl will be following all the other brands that made the same mistake as consumers turn to more brands which offer a product that meets its description.However I did contact the Federal Trade Commision and they have said that given the large number of complaints they are receiving they will be pursuing matters. This can result in a large law suit and them having to pay out compensation to customers. I have also contacted Harmon kardon directly, the international team and Facebook, so will update if there is any resolution to this matter, which I'm still hoping there will be.Otherwise, they have lost my endorsement and about 40 other people who I work with that will not be stocking selling supplying or promoting there goods anymore. Furthermore when you look for the serial number under the cover for the out charge port, it clearly states made in Vietnam? So clearly not am American made product. Looks like they are refurbishing old and broken units and sending them off and then "losing" or having "issues" with there delivery centre's? Dubious to say the least. That over 52% of customers have left 1 star reviews suggests jbl has lost its touch.
