I put some of the review in Capitals as to warn other buyers thinking about buying from JBL.“JBL NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS OR TO THIS REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT, IT SAYS IT ALL ABOUT HOW THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE JBL HAVE YOUR MONEY. GO TO ANY “FORUM” ON THE INTERNET AND YOU WILL FIND THE SAME PROBLEM.I GET LOADS OF MESSAGES THROUGH PEOPLE ON YOUTUBE AND MOST OF THESE CUSTOMERS DON’T EVEN LIVE IN THE UK 🇬🇧 OBVIOUSLY ITS A WORLDWIDE PROBLEM WITH JBL.I always thought JBL was brilliant company to purchase products from but never ever again.I purchased a JBL PARTYBOX 310 about 7 months ago and noticed rust on the front grill of the product. Having paid £499.99 for such and expensive item I expected better quality.I bought the PARTYBOX 310 for it’s many capabilities including IPX4 Splashproof rating. The speaker has only seen a brief spitting of rain.Whatever JBL claim PARTYBOX can do, it actually can’t do!Customer service is woeful at best. How this Customer service rep got to work for JBL giving advice god knows.Arrogant, cheeky and didn’t even bother to listen to the Customer.I was polite all the way through and he started arguing saying I was wrong and he was going to hang up, bravo brilliant customer service from a JBL Customer Service REP. Frankly Laughable experience and glad to say I won’t be purchasing JBL products again from the Experience.I wouldn’t mind but in the last year I’ve spent £1000’s of pounds on JBL products and to be treated like dirt is saddening.I will put a formal complaint in with JBL Direct about the poor Customer Service Experience from one of JBL’s finest representatives.The 1 years Guarantee means nothing as you won’t get them replaced.Don’t give your money to these COWBOYS!

I bought JBL Wave 100TWS and after 5 days the right bud stopped to be charged and kept switching off 10 minutes after starting using it :(

i dont want to give a single star.

i dont want to give a single star.. their service is too bad i have buy a earphones from reliance outlet and that was a defect product it was stop working ofter one month.. i contact the reliance store but they told me that u have to cantact with jbl care.. than jbl care people told me that send them to Flextronics service center [ ref:_00Di0fiJD._5001Y1D5j1k:ref ] and i did it is been 4months still the status is pending... no response from care they are not even telling the status simply disconnecting the call...
