I ordered jewellery on the 4th of December. Today is Xmas eve. And nothing. I’m now being ignored entirely by customer service. I put a ticket in a few days ago still nothing. I’ve always wanted to order from here for my partner. And decided to this year. Absolutely regret it. Shambolic customer service. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER
