I had an issue with my ring, the gold plating wore off really quickly, but as the ring still looked pretty I didn’t worry too much, but then the two bands that make up the ring came apart. At this point I contacted customer services. It was just past the return date so needed to be sorted under the guaranty. I tried sending it back but my post office would not send it for me as they were unable to understand how the new rules imposed by Trump applied to my parcel !I again reached out to you and was happy to pay a third towards a new ring without sending the other one back.
I am leaving this review based on the sleekness of the website, and the quality of the jewellery. They look unique and very nice. I am excited to gift this to my partner. I will change the review if the delivery is delayed, just as some reviews on the website stated. I am sure it will be fine. Thanks again for these little gems.
