After a long drawn out complaint and In the end reaching out to the CEO who I can say contacted me personally. My complaint as nearly been resolved but I’d like to say Sarah (complaints) Craig and Ryan (repairs) Matthew and the CEO have outstanding customer service relationship management and listening skills showing empathy and understanding for the experience received previously and would like to say thank you. I know the SLT are now looking at how they can improve customer satisfaction to reduce complaints. Matthew the md is a true believer of the personal touch which is was fantastic to hear when called me to arrange to visit me at my property.

Khadeja is a lovely polite women who shown me an amazing welcome to my new property. She made me feel comfortable at home even on my first visit before I moved in. Explain and guided me thru my settling in. Thank you khadeja you are a diamond and defo one of the best staff members I’ve ever come across from at new charter thank you for everything

Tried for the second time to register for online rent payment received email to say I already had an account and to reset my password received another email to reset password which I did and then tried to login but was told there was a error and this is supposed to be a quicker and easier way to pay my rent as I have had problems with the swipe card issued by jigsaw very frustrating and poor customer service
